I am a software developer and programming language enthusiast. In July 2007, I moved to Denver, Colorado and started working with effectiveUI. EffectiveUI is really on the bleeding edge of rich internet application development, and it's been a joy to be working with them towards that end.

For the past two years I've been working with both Ruby and Rails whenever I have the opportunity to do so. I recently started the debate website This Vs That and plan to grow and expand it gradually. I've also been working on a native Ruby extension for the Remedy Action Request Server, which greatly simplifies obtaining data from and interacting with an existing ARS application.

Finally, I have a growing interest in distributed programming and methods for simplifying concurrent programming. To that end, I have been particularly interested in the programming language Erlang. I hope to discuss and enhance the integration between Flex, Rails, and Erlang in the near future.
